DO I NEED TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
All of my programs are designed to suit you. That includes your set-up. If you want to do home workouts, that is completely fine and you want to workout in the gym, that is also fine.
DO I NEED TO SPEND HOURS IN THE GYM?
Not at all - you can build muscle and lose fat in as little as 90 minutes, gym time a week. I work with the time you have to give you the results you want. During the discovery phase I gather all the data I need to get you the reults you want in the time you have.
WHY ARE ALL PROGRAMS MINIMUM 3 MONTHS?
Great question. You will start to see results in little as as 1 month, especially if you haven’t trained in a while. However, usually the results are pretty small month on month, but when compounded over 3 months, the change will be very noticeable.
